A PURPOSE WORTH PLAYING FOR
Start with something meaningful.
An event begins with a reason to bring people together. We shape the idea around the audience, the sport and the feeling you want people to take home.

MOVA SPORTS AGENCY
SPORT IS THE START. PEOPLE ARE THE PURPOSE.Different sports. Shared energy.
We create sporting experiences that bring
people together — and stay with them.
“To redefine sports events by creating world class experiences that unite our community, inspire and bring the passion of sports to life!”
Sport has a remarkable way of bringing people together. At MOVA, that connection is our starting point. MOVA Sports Agency is a student-led, multi-sport events project created as part of a course at Les Roches Marbella, shaped by a deep passion for sport and the communities around it.
Whatever the sport, our ambition is the same: create an experience that feels considered, inclusive and alive with possibility.
The values behind MOVA ↗A thoughtful approach to sporting events.
Built around your people, your purpose
and the experience you want to create.
A PURPOSE WORTH PLAYING FOR
An event begins with a reason to bring people together. We shape the idea around the audience, the sport and the feeling you want people to take home.
THE DETAILS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE
Thoughtful planning and coordinated delivery help an idea become a cohesive event. Every detail should contribute to the experience, from the first arrival to the final moment.
PEOPLE AT THE CENTRE
Players, supporters and guests all shape the atmosphere. We think about their journey through the event, creating space for participation, enjoyment and genuine connection.
ENERGY THAT BRINGS US TOGETHER
Different sports create different ways to connect. We approach each event with an open mind, helping communities find common ground through the energy of sport.
FOR SPORTS AND THE COMMUNITY
We bring the passion of sport to life through experiences that put people and community at their heart.
BUILDS LASTING RELATIONSHIPS
Honest communication, care and shared purpose are the foundations of every relationship we build.
DELIVERS EXCELLENCE
We believe a memorable experience is built on preparation, attention to detail and pride in the work.
ANY SPORT. THE SAME MOVA SPIRIT.
The sport may change.
The feeling stays.

STUDENT COURSE PROJECT
Last updated: 5 November 2026
MOVA Sports Agency is a student-led project created as part of a course at Les Roches Marbella. The website is maintained by the MOVA student project team to present its coursework and sporting activities. It is not presented as a registered commercial agency.
The project team has confirmed school permission for the public use of the school name, relevant school marks and activity information. This is the MOVA student project website, rather than the school’s official website. References to a venue or organisation identify the activity and do not, by themselves, claim sponsorship or endorsement.
This website does not accept payments or commercial bookings. The Football and Padel pages accept spectator registrations through Netlify Forms. Player sign-ups remain separate from these spectator forms. Downloading an event brief does not send an enquiry, reserve a place or enter into an agreement. Submitting an event form is separate from downloading a brief. Team arrangements and event participation are coordinated separately by the student organisers; spectator registration does not reserve a player place.
Confirm event details directly with the student organising team before attending. External links lead to separate websites with their own information and privacy practices. If details differ, ask the organisers to confirm the current arrangements.
MOVA branding and project materials are used for this coursework presentation. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer rights to visitors.
For project questions, corrections or concerns, use the project contact form to reach the MOVA student team.
This notice does not exclude any rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
YOUR INFORMATION
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This notice covers this MOVA student project website, including its Padel and Football event pages. The MOVA student team maintains the website and determines its project purposes. It does not cover external event websites or the school’s other systems.
The brief tool processes what you type in your browser solely to create a text file when you choose “Download my event brief”. Name and email are optional. Entries are not submitted to MOVA or deliberately stored by the website in cookies or browser storage. They remain in the open page until you clear or leave it; your browser may retain or restore field values according to its own settings.
A downloaded brief stays on your device until you remove it. If you choose to share that file, you control what it contains and who receives it. Please do not include health information, identity documents or other sensitive information in the brief.
The Football spectator form sends your first name, last name, email, group size, transport preference, student/staff/guest status and optional house preference to the MOVA student organising team. The Padel spectator form sends your first name, last name, email, group size, Les Roches affiliation, optional house preference and acknowledgement of this notice. Netlify Forms processes and stores submissions for the team and applies spam filtering, including its service providers. The forms do not collect payment details, health information, identification documents or photography permission. Registration does not grant permission for identifiable portraits or promotional use. The Football event plans photography and video; speak to the organising team about photography preferences or questions before attending, or on arrival.
We use these details to plan spectator attendance and contact you about the relevant event. A private Excel registration list is shared with the authorised student event coordinator after the advertised deadline. The basis is the team’s legitimate interest in administering its student sporting activities. Acknowledging this notice is not agreement to marketing. Data is not published in a public participant list and is not used for promotional mailing lists.
Registration records are kept while needed for event planning, attendance and necessary follow-up, then reviewed and removed when no longer necessary. If an incident or legal obligation requires a particular record to be retained, it is restricted to that purpose. Records in Netlify Forms require the authorised project administrator to review and delete them; deletion is not automatic.
You can choose not to use these forms and contact the student team instead. Spectator registration does not reserve player places. If a submission fails, the page will say it was not received; please try again or contact the team.
The contact form sends your reply email, optional name, request topic and message to the MOVA student team through Netlify Forms. This is used only to answer the request and, where relevant, handle privacy rights. The basis is the team’s legitimate interest in responding to project enquiries or compliance with applicable data protection obligations for rights requests. Messages are kept while needed to resolve and document the request, then reviewed and removed when no longer needed. Do not send medical information, identity documents or passwords.
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Registration and project-contact requests are forwarded securely to the existing Netlify Forms backend. Loading a page involves technical request data such as your IP address, browser details, requested URL and request time. Such data may be processed for delivery, security and service operation. Where the student team is responsible for this processing, its basis is the legitimate interest in operating and securing the project website.
Technical data is not used by the student team for advertising or mailing lists. Hosting and form data may be handled by Cloudflare, Netlify and their respective service providers, including outside the European Economic Area under applicable provider arrangements. Technical retention depends on the hosting service and configuration; the team has not set a separate retention period for downloaded briefs because it does not receive them. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy, and Netlify’s privacy statement and data processing agreement for provider information.
The website’s own code does not set cookies, add advertising trackers, use browser storage, or load third-party analytics, remote fonts or embedded media. The event pages’ open-source fonts are hosted on this website. Server-side hosting logs can still exist without browser cookies. Following an external link takes you to a separate website with its own practices.
You may browse without using the brief tool. Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. The project team can act only on information it actually holds; it cannot retrieve your locally downloaded brief.
For privacy questions or requests, use the project contact form. Include a reply email and only the information needed to identify your request.
You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
This notice covers the two event forms and project contact form described above. It will need updating before payments, tracking or other new uses of personal data are introduced.
